Hello VPN Spy,

Just wanted to say it's surprising how much information on this list is inconsistent with what the VPN service is actually offering. I will only mention the points which are inconsistent with what's on offer:

1. Connection timestamps are logged - According to the privacy policy (https://zoogtv.com/privacy), no logs at all are kept.

2. Bandwidth consumption data is logged - Only total quantity of data used, since the free plan is capped on 2GB per month.

3. OpenVPN Support: No, VPN connections are not supported - OpenVPN is fully supported both TCP and UDP. Moreover, the Windows clients is OpenVPN based.

4. P2P/Torrent Support: It is not known whether this provider allows P2P/Torrent traffic - P2P/Torrents are allowed on specific VPN servers in countries which is deemed to be legal for personal use.

5. Max. simultaneous connections: Up to 5 simultaneous connections are allowed - Only 3 simultaneous connections are permitted.

Hope the webmaster will update the review above.

Cheers!

Thank you for your insights, John. Information has been updated.

However, regarding the simultaneous connections: on https://zoogtv.com and https://zoogtv.com/pricing it is stated that 3 simultaneous connections are allowed while on https://zoogtv.com/network there is a claim about "5 simultaneously connected devices". So that's not entirely clear but I've updated the number of connections to 3 anyway since this number seems to be more consistent.

A quick update on my last message below, after further communication with their customer service they have refunded all my money back promptly, for which I am very pleased. Furthermore, at the end, their support was very helpful in resolving the issue I had.

PS: For some reason unable to delete my previous message (admin please advise).
