One of the worst VPNs I've used to date.
Most of the servers are extremely slow, and it has DNS leaks, so your Internet provider still knows where you've been surfing. What's the point of a VPN if it's not anonymous?!?

Servers are down most of the time. There are better companies out there. Spend some time and find them. Don't waste your money on a service that is not provided.

Like everyone else, all I get is issues with connecting to servers, and support's first and only help is saying reinstall tap and client. I did some digging and they say on their site they are a company "RA4W LLC" and based in California. THIS IS FALSE as far as I can see!!!! The LLC dissolved a year ago in February of 2016. This really begs the question to me if they really keep no logs because they lie saying they are a registered company, and also if they are really USA-based??? Another thing is they keep rising prices and I don't see any reason for the increases other than greed. The only things I have seen that have improved is the servers encryption levels to AES and maybe the fact they are emailing users now updates. Overall bad service and it seems to be getting more greedy and not reliable. And again if they lie that they are a LLC in USA what else are they lying about?!?!?
On top of all of that, I was able to find proof they keep logs!!
DO NOT USE!!!

RA4W is a solid VPN for the price. You are correct, that Reddit post you're referring to from over a year ago was debunked and all those claimed issues do not appear anymore on the same software that specific redditor used.
